I found the location lacking in ambiance at night!!! The facilities in the room were too basic, a security locker would be handy, a water kettle would elevate the experience, and a couch would add comfort!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to

assist us, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is quite convenient, near a metro station and several eateries. The only downside was that the room was quite small and the bathroom lacked storage space.

The location is perfect, with supermarkets and lovely cafes nearby. Watching the world go by from our Juliet balcony was a lovely surprise!

I found the room a bit small for our family, and the air conditioning could be a challenge as it was centrally controlled, leaving us a bit warm at night. It would be tough to manage larger suitcases in such limited space.

The hotel is situated in a charming area with an abundance of nearby dining options, including impressive Asian cuisine. The convenience of a lift made access easier with luggage, and the buffet breakfast was a delightful addition — plentiful and well-priced. the rooms are compact, making it difficult for larger luggage, and bathroom size may not suit everyone's needs. A slightly limited storage space in the room could also be an issue for some guests.
